By accessing or using Legioña’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Legioña provides private AI infrastructure services, including local AI systems, data integration, and AI-powered insights. A core feature of the service is the ability to interact via SMS/text messaging powered by Twilio.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and using the SMS features of Legioña, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include operational insights, alerts, reports, and service-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.

Twilio is used to send and receive SMS messages on our behalf. By using SMS features, you acknowledge and agree to Twilio’s role as a service provider.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to your own systems and data.
• You agree not to use the SMS service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We handle phone numbers and message data in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate SMS access if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these terms or applicable law. Upon termination, we may remove our software and configurations from systems we deployed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legioña is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including SMS features.
